" I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the dealership for service that truly was beyond any actions that could be deemed outstanding. Extreme support for the rider relates to customer service that is far superior to what one becomes accustomed to in today's world. I experienced a complete blow out of my rear tire on the day of your Open House, April 30th 2011. This happen approximately at 3:00 PM and 25 miles from the dealership. Knowing the dealership was crowded, busy with the Open House (I had just left) and closed at 4:00 PM; I did not even begin to think that I would be back on the road that Sat. Was I ever wrong. My first call was to HOG Road Side Assistance. They determined the closest dealership was All American and place a call to your Service Manager, Ann Marie. She immediately jumped into action, contacted me and obtained all the necessary information of my location, bike model, wheel and tire type. Indicating she would call me back; I didn't have to wait long. Within 5 minutes we were talking. During this time she received permission to authorize overtime to a technician and technician assistant as well as determining the required tire and tube were available at the shop. The tech assistant, Ronnie, was dispatched to pick up my bike and myself. I knew Ronnie, I witnessed him un-crating my bike when it arrived from York PA. He remembered me and the bike, it is a one of a kind from the factory. Ronnie is a courteous and professional individual who naturally displays these traits to all individuals. Pleased is not even close to my appreciation of the service provided by Ronnie. THANKS RON. After arriving back at the shop, Rick the tech immediately put the bike on the rack and began the tire replacement process. My confidence in Rick is beyond reproach; Rick re-powered my bike by completing a major engine overhaul. This Road King Classic, moves. After thousands of miles on this modified engine; I have never experienced a problem. This is a true testimony of the superior knowledge and attention to detail that a Harley Davidson Technician should exhibit. I knew that when Rick was completed with the tire change, it would be done right the first time. I would feel completely safe riding down the road on the new rubber. THANKS RICK Ann Marie, service manager is new to me. Wow, what a pleasure to work with. In addition to Ron and Rick staying over, she stayed. Making all the necessary arrangements with personnel and parts were only a part of the service she provided. She make all the necessary phone calls to determine if I had extended tire/wheel coverage. I didn't remember. After she determined that I had the coverage, she initiated the necessary paper work and the entire experience cost me absolutely nothing. ZERO Dollars. THANKS ANN MARIE Dave, GM, since you had to lock the place up; you had to stay. I was out by 5:45 PM, you had to be later. It was a beautiful Sat, you and your team gave up chance for an enjoyable afternoon to provide customer service that should be an example for all to follow. As Don, All American Owner, said to me that Sat when I pulled up with Ronnie, "We want to keep the rider, rolling". THANKS DAVE & DON The professionalism displayed by the dealership with my past experience and this recent "emergency" has cemented my commitment to you as my Dealership for Life. "Living closer to All American Harley Davidson in Hughsville Maryland, I became a member of the local H.O.G.. Time for my 10,000 mile maintenance I took my 07 FLSTC to be serviced. The HD service team noticed there was a problem with the bike as soon as it was brought into the shop. I was informed that I had a serious problem that had to be taken care of A.S.A.P. Having a extended warranty at the sister store, where the bike was purchased was a blessing. The experienced staff saved me time and money. Having two stores and a staff that works close together a customer can feel comfortable that a service will be done, correctly. I would like to thank G.M. Dave W., Serv. Mngr. Ann Marie L., Serv.
