First, you must be a National Harley Owners
Group (H.O.G.) member.
- If you're not, call 1-800-CLUB-HOG (1-800-258-2464)
to join.
- or, if you just purchased a new motorcycle, you
will be provided a 1-year national H.O.G. membership by Harley-Davidson
Next, come to a Chapter meeting and complete
the application and pay your dues. Or, stop by the Dealership and complete the
application and pay your dues.

Membership in a
nut shell
- All national H.O.G. members are eligible for
membership in a local Chapter.
- All Chapter memberships expire on December 31 of
each calendar year.
- Each Chapter membership may be renewed for an
additional calendar year.
- New memberships and renewal memberships must:
- pay the prescribed dues;
- provide evidence of national H.O.G. membership;
- and submit a properly completed Chapter
Membership Application each year.
How much are dues?
National dues are separate from Chapter dues
(for National H.O.G. information call 1-800-CLUB-HOG
(1-800-258-2464).
Chapter new members dues are $20. After October 1, new
member dues include the following year.
Renewal membership dues are $15.
Payment of dues for renewals will be accepted between
when the renewal form is available to the member (sometime in October) and
December 31. A membership form must be submitted with the dues.
Can I join
the Chapter online?
No, because we need to see your national H.O.G. card
to prove membership and we need your signature on the membership form. But you
can download the form and have it filled out in advance.

DO NOT MAIL new-member applications to us! They must
be delivered to the Chapter at a meeting, or dropped off at the Dealer along
with your dues and proof of National H.O.G. membership.
How long is my Chapter
membership good?
One year, All Chapter memberships expire on December
31 of each calendar year. Unless you join after October 1, in which case your
membership is good through the following year.
How do I
renew my membership?
Your National H.O.G. membership must be current. If
it's not, call 1-800-CLUB-HOG (1-800-258-2464) to renew it.
Personalized renewal applications for the upcoming
year are made available in October.
The renewal application must be completed at a
meeting, dropped off at the Dealer, or mailed by December 31.
I lost the
renewal application that was provided to me, now what?
Use the application link above and indicate renewal on
the form. But note that the membership renewal period ends December 31. After
this date you will be considered a new member (you will lose your continuous
membership) and will need to reapply and pay the new-member dues.
If I don’t renew,
what happens to my HOG license plates?
Only Chapter members in good standing are permitted by
the Maryland MVA to display H.O.G. license tags. Chapter members that do not
renew their memberships are reported to MVA and their tags will not be
renewed.
